1. Return Conditions

Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the credit.

We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee (or retain part of the amount) in case of improper handling or conditions other than the “unopened” requirement.

5. Defective or mistakenly shipped products

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product and packaging. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or refund, according to your preference.

6. Changes of mind/cancellations

Cancellations prior to shipment can be requested via email at manciondelplacer87@gmail.com
 provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, the above return conditions apply.
